1. Lean Engineer

Key Accountability:

• Achieve organizational manufacturing goals
• Lead cost-reduction projects using Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Identify and implement process improvements to support continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Experience in Lean or Kaizen in manufacturing (preferred)
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive and manage change effectively

2. Process Engineer

Key Accountability:

• Design, coordinate and supervise high quality line tooling, jigs, fixture heater elements, rubber and gripper
• Explore automation process
• Standardization of jigs, fixtures, nest with sister Plants

Requirements:

• Min. bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in process Engineering and robotics is a plus
• Technical Competence:
  • Good knowledge in fabrication, machining process, programming, and Process Flow
  • Mastery in Technical Drawing, Basic Pneumatic and Mechanics, PLC programming

3. Industrial Engineer

Key Accountability:

• Provide the most efficient work method for production processes and workstations
• Design and provide jigs, fixtures workstation for assembly and pack out process.
• Plant layout and micro capacity planning on workstations.
• Calculate labor hours and material yield requirement for working flow chart
• Explore and implement automation on the shop floor

Requirements:

• Min. bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering
• Experience in Industrial Engineering is a plus
• Technical competence:
  • Technical Drawing and AutoCAD drawing skills
  • Basic Automation Control knowledge / PCL
  • Basik Pneumatic and sonic welding
  • Hands on tools / line tooling design

4. Product Development Engineer

Key Accountability:

• Develop and process 2D decoration and packaging designs to ensure manufacturability on the production line.
• Provide optimal solutions that balance aesthetic appeal with manufacturability considerations.
• Implement process improvements and optimize operations for the final product.
• Ensure the maintenance of product quality throughout the development of new toys

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design
• Experience in Product Development Engineering is a plus
• Technical Competence:
  • 2D design with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Advanced level of uniform perception

5. Product Engineer

Key Accountability:

• Initiate and plan new toy projects, including design reviews and cost analysis of materials
• Analyze product functionality and collaborate with stakeholders for mass production.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules and compliance with international standards

Requirements:

• Min. bachelor’s degree from Engineering
• Experience in Product Engineering is a plus
• Technical competencies:
  • Certification of basic level of PMD
  • Strong technical knowledge and technical drawing
  • Product and Process knowledge

6. Supervisor Production

Key Accountability:

• Supervise shift production, monitor processes, and ensure product quality, safety, and performance standards are met
• Implement initiatives to improve product quality, eliminate non-value-added work, and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Coordinate with supporting departments to ensure smooth operations, regular maintenance, and compliance with standards

Requirements:

• Min. bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Experience in the production field in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Willing to work on a shift basis
• Strong leadership, analytical and technical skills in production

7. Material Planner

Key Accountability:

• Manage purchase orders, follow up on delays, and communicate risks to relevant teams.
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and smooth material flow.
• Resolve issues related to quality, quantity, and pricing; support cost reduction and sourcing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in MRP systems and generate monthly and supplier performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or other engineering background, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management.
• 2-3 year experience in Material Planning or procurement/sourcing and inventory control.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP system, Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

8. Equipment & Facility Engineer

Key Accountability:

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and budgets
• Maintain machines to reduce downtime and support production
• Monitor and control maintenance costs, overtime, and spare part usage
• Lead and train maintenance technicians to improve skills and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with EH&S standards and improve service quality
• Support expansion projects and coordinate with relevant teams

Requirements:

• Min Diploma majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Prefer in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Min 2 years experience for Diploma in technical / related in similar industries.
• Possess basic technical skills in AutoCAD, automation (PLC), pneumatics, hydraulics, and plant maintenance; proficient with MS Office and problem-solving.
• Demonstrates leadership ability to manage and develop subordinates effectively.

9. Indirect Buyer

Key Accountability:

• Responsible for procurement activities, including sourcing and purchasing materials, supplies, and services in accordance with company policies and specifications.
• Identify suppliers, obtain quotes, and ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations to ensure quality, delivery reliability, service levels, and compliance with agreed terms.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Experience as an indirect buyer is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with procurement systems.
• Able to learn new processes and systems, and responsive to changing business needs.

10. Teknisi

Requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal SMK dengan jurusan Teknik Mekatronika / Teknik Mesin / Multimedia Berijazah
• Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun serta memahami dan memiliki keahlian untuk mengoperasikan PLC / mesin Printing / memiliki keahlian menggunakan Solid Work / pemograman
• Bersedia bekerja shift
• Bersedia ditempatkan di daerah Cikarang, Bekasi
