PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia (PT BAI), anak perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero) – disebut INALUM – dan PT ANTAM Tbk – disebut ANTAM – didirikan dan beroperasi berdasarkan hukum Republik Indonesia, akan mengembangkan, membangun, memiliki, mengoperasikan dan mengelola Smelter Grade Alumina Refinery (Proyek SGAR) dengan kapasitas produksi 1 Juta Alumina per tahun (Expandable) di Kabupaten Mempawah, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia, untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah nasional sebesar pemurnian bijih Bauksit menjadi produk Alumina.
Proyek SGAR merupakan Proyek Strategis dengan investasi besar yang akan menjembatani dan meningkatkan rantai Industri Aluminium yang tidak terhubung antara Tambang Bauksit ANTAM di hulu dan kebutuhan Pabrik Peleburan Aluminium INALUM di hilir.

1. Logistics Planning Officer
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
International exposure through on-the-job training in China.
2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Excellent skills in technical writing and presentation preparation.
Good knowledge of transportation, shipping, and export-import processes.
Familiarity with refinery flow systems, mass balance, and operational planning.
2. Internal Audit Officer
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in internal/external audit, risk management, or a related field.
Solid knowledge ofInternational Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IIA Standards).
Business processes in manufacturing, mining, or chemical industries (preferred).
Internal control systems and risk management.
Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, advanced Excel; familiarity with audit software is an advantage).
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
High integrity, independence, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel for audit assignments as required by the company.
3. Cost Control Specialist
Requirements:
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship experience is considered an advantage.
Possess a basic understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial control.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas), and familiar with financial/ERP software (preferred).
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and strong analytical skills.
Able to work with targets and demonstrate good time management skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) will be an added advantage.
4. Account Payable Officer
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
Additional Certification (e.g., CPA, CIMA, or similar) is a plus but not always required;
Typically 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a general accounting role;
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is often required or preferred;
Familiarity with invoice processing, payment cycles, and reconciliation procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas);
Understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS, depending on the region);
Ability to match, batch, and code invoices accurately.
5. Control Safety Management System Superintendent
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) field.
General Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certified by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker).
Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001.
SMK3 (Government Regulation No. 50/2012) Auditor certification is preferred.
Proficiency in Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
In-depth knowledge of national and international HSE regulations and standards.
Competence in hazard identification and risk assessment methodologies (HIRA).
Experience in implementing and evaluating Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS).
Strong capabilities in HSE planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
