Human Resources (HR) Staff

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Several years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the mining industry
• Experience in recruitment, management, industrial relations & compensation and benefits
• Knowledge of labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and environmental regulations relevant to the mining industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to negotiate with employees
• Ability to handle and resolve workplace conflicts
• Proficiency in using HRIS and other management tools
